I don't have much money but I always try to 'dress-up'.
We are a small company which has had a management review and we are just expanding our clothing ranges.

As a matter of fact, I doubt the poor would have enough money to sink into the clothes, furniture and other items at the stores to keep them going.
So… I tend to not shop at thrift stores for clothing that often.

There once was a free sexy adventure game of place and formality to fashion, of what was and wasn't done, that in retrospect was very attractive compared to the "comfortable" free-for-all we have now.
I think "casual Fridays" was a big dip downward, followed by the stores all being full of sweats, sneakers, t-shirts, then hoodies, "popular culture' celebrating the ugliness of 'hos and pimps, then yoga pants and leggings.
I reckon its best to have the IDL.
For example,in Turkey not all people wear such things they are modern people.
